Violations related to Namakhvani HPP construction

The environmental (EIA) and construction permits for the Namakhvani HPP cascade were issued under specific conditions without the mandatory statutory investigations and thorough studies.
More than a year has passed since the permits were issued, but the company has not yet fully submitted additional studies to the state.
With the ongoing works Enka violates the terms of both environmental and construction permits.
