The opening of the Security and Democracy School

Social Justice Center has welcomed the first participants of the Security and Democracy School with the support of the European Union.
During the introductory sessions, listeners received information on the national security architecture of Georgia and the policy planning process.
The group is composed by researchers, journalists and university students that are interested in the security topics.
The school aims to provide them with academic and practical knowledge as well as expert opinions on existing global and local challenges, human rights-oriented security sector concept and mechanisms of the democratic oversight.
Social Justice Center hosts the first Security and Democracy School during May 29 – June 2.
