Kamran joined Social Justice Center’s Equality Policy Program in November 2019. The main area of his work is to identify, analyze, and bring into the political agenda the visible, hidden, and invisible forms of power that keeps the non-dominant ethnic groups oppressed and excluded. He explores the challenges, needs, and concerns of non-dominant ethnic groups. He also facilitates Solidarity Platform discussions to collectively identify the commonalities in the exclusion of non-dominant ethnic and religious groups.
